14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your Squishy Toy must be:

• Returned within 14 days of receipt

• In original, unused condition — no stains, tears, deformation, or loss of squishiness

• With all original tags and packaging intact

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Since our handmade squishy toys are tactile products, items that have been heavily squeezed, soiled, or stretched cannot be resold. We reserve the right to respectfully decline returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to a defect or our mistake (e.g., wrong item or size sent), we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.

• For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at support@lalalandmade.com. We will provide you with the exact return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at support@lalalandmade.com within 48 hours of delivery. We want to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Gift cards

• Sale items or clearance items (marked as final sale)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different color or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you're concerned about missing out on a current price, let us know — we can lock in the original price for 72 hours while we await your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at support@lalalandmade.com.
