Thank you for choosing Lalaland! We take great care in packaging our handmade squishy toys so they reach you in perfect condition. Below is our shipping information.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Please note this before placing your order.

Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $7.99 USD per order.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $52.99 USD.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Lalaland. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you have any questions about potential fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package all items to withstand normal shipping conditions.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s), and contact us at support@lalalandmade.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the order.
